How to access PS 9.1 HRMS application from Mobile Phone

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our PS system to following version

Application: HRMS 9.1

Tools: 8.51.14

Database: 11g

Would like to explore the possibility of implementing/configuring system in way that it can be accessed through Mobile (Smart Phones). It would be helpful if someone can share details.
