Employee Expense payment thru AP

Hello,

We are planning to use third-party system for creating and managing Employee Expenses. But for payment we thinking of using PeopleSoft Accounts Payables. I would like to get your thoughts on the options to enable the payment in PeopleSoft for the Expenses generated in the third-party system. Please advise if any other options to accomplish the above requirement.
