Create Accounting program for India Localization

Hi,

Create accounting Program is error out for AP,FA and AR from Asia Pasific Application Responsibility.

How do i use this program for India Localization?

I have created seperate resposibilities with Payables,Recievables and Assets Application to run the Create Accounting for Asia/Pacific AR and AP .

Is there any alternate?
