Overriding ChartField Inheritance

We are implementing PeopleSoft Payables 9.1 with PT 8.53. We setup Chartfield Inheritance Header and Line level to inherit: FUND and DEPARTMENT. We need to be able to setup an exception whereby Use Tax and Withholding liability are posted to a different FUND and DEPARTMENT. We setup these new values in the Tax Authority and Procurement Control, Withholding page, Chartfield link also specify Use Tax Expense in the Accounting Entry Template. Enter a voucher and post it.
