DFF usage in India Localization in R12 12.1.3

Hi All

Can anyone help to reply to the below questions :

We want to implement India localization for AR and FA.Oracle has India localization patch. The patch is big and touches many

modules (FA, PO etc). We would like to run the pre-check for the patch. If as per pre-check results found any global attributes are being used, the following attribute fields (DFFs) should be empty (not used).

-We are currently using some of these attributes; Is there any other way to implement the India localization without touching this Attributes?

-We are only looking to implement the location for AR and FA, is there any way to do this? The patch touches many modules.
