upgrade rms from 13.0 to 13.0.6

Hi Retail Gurus,

we want to upgrade the RMS from version 13.0 to 13.0.6 and the database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3. we are clear about the upgrade of database. what is the procedure to upgrade RMS from 13 to 13.0.6, i could not find any information in Metalink or else where about the RMS upgrade. Please let me know about the RMS upgrade and what and all needs to be done to accomplish this.
