Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Application server domains are accessing wrong IB Gateway URL

We have "https://ibgtwyprd.oii.oceaneering.com:8101/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector" URL set as a Gateway url.

But, somehow Application Server domains are accessing "fsprd.oii.oceaneering.com/PSIGW/PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector".

Now, we are not sure why application is accessing wrong url and need your help to fix this.

Here are our Load balancer Logs: (We are using F5 as a LB)

10.254.1.31 accessing fsprd.oii.oceaneering.com/PSIGW/PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector
