MCF Web Chat questions
Hello,
Does anyone know if it would be possible to propose a web chat session to a self service user, after that particular
user stays for X period of time on a certain PeopleSoft HCM page?
For instance: on a Self Service page there could be a rule that: If an employee
stays longer than 2 minutes on the page, a message would appear saying “Would
you like to speak to an HR Agent via Web chat?”. If the employee clicks Yes, a
Chat session will be opened in a Pop up window with an HR Agent.
