1042 / 1042S Processing in Accounts Payables-Foreign Person US Source Income Subject to Withholding

It appears that PeopleSoft Payables doesn't deliver any reporting functionality around 1042 / 1042S, Foreign Person US Source Income Subject to Withholding in PS 9.1, or any release.  Does anyone have suggestions on how PeopleSoft can be utilized to meet this reporting requirement?  Also, are there plans for PeopleSoft to incorporate 1042S reporting in a future release or bundle?
