Is ODAC 12.1 certified on Windows 2012 R2?

Can anyone tell me if ODAC 12.1 (R1 or R2) is certified on Windows 2012 R2?  This support matrix mentions Windows 2012, but not Windows 2012 R2 explicitly.  Thanks.
