TUXLOG entry "LIBTUX_CAT:1278: ERROR: Cannot join application - permission denied"

After upgrade from tools 8.50 to 8.53 we see multiple entry’s in the tuxlog file on our test applicationserver :

"LIBTUX _CAT:1278: ERROR: Cannot join application - permission denied"

anybody any idea what to do with it?
