Does anyone know of a workaround to default to Bill-To level when opening the Collections Form?

Hi,

I have reviewed document 558682.1 and found #26 (see below). Anyone have a workaround?

26.  Why does the Collections Header for alway open to the View Customer, even when the IEX: Collector Access Level is set to Account or Bill-To?

The IEX: Collector Access Level profile does not control what level the view defaults to when you open the Collections form. The application automatically opens to the Customer View level by design.
