Integrating 11g Access Manager with EBS 12.1.3

We are running EBS 12.1.3 with 10g Oracle SSO and 11g OID software and 11.2.0.3 OID database. We are now planning to upgrade to 11g Oracle Access Manager for which I am reading note # 1484024.1 and Installation Guide for Oracle Identity and Access Management 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.1.0) E27301-07.


I have following questions specifically from the installation guide.

1. Under 3.2.1 Obtaining the Oracle Fusion Middleware Software, I see Oracle SOA Suite 11.1.1.6.0 (required for Oracle Identity Manager only). So, do we have to install Oracle Identity Manager if we just want to install OAM. Currently, we already have 11g OID running on other server.

2. I found that there is a section 3.2.2 Database Requirements in it. I have a question here. Which database is it talking about?
