SelectManyChoice in OIM?

Hello,

We have an App Instance form in OIM 11g R2, and we defined a combo box (which is an ADF SelectOneChoice component). We are interested in changing this to a SelectManyChoice component as the client requires more than one choice from the drop down. My initial thought is that it would take some work with a backing bean to make this work, if it is even possible. Has anyone else done this?
