We are on PT 8.52.04, HCM 9.0, Weblogic 10.3.4.The server OS is Window 2008 R2.  We had noticed that users are not able to access an application because all traffic goes to one app server domain rather than distributing them on all three domains. We have three app server domains PROD,PROD1,PROD2. It behaves the same with server full name in the configuration.properties or with ip address. Does anyone has suggestion on it ?
