Are there available APIs that can be used to get the content of a notification ?

Hi, There

Business need:

We are mainly looking for fetching all the information about a notification using an API or webservice.

We want to extract the content of an already sent notification which might also have OAF region embedded.

Questions:

1 Is it possible to fetch the content of OAF page/region embedded in Workflow notification using an API or webservice?

2 Are there  available  APIs that can be used to get the content of a notification ?

3 We want to create a DB Link and let our custom web portal access all the notifications information including their content and perform any of the possible actions on notifications, is this possible ?
