Need help on RMS 14 compiling rtkstrt.fmb

Hi,

All of the forms for RMS 14 are compiled during installation except for "rtkstrt.fmb". I get the error when compiling rtkstrt.fmb manually. Need help on how to fix this error. Thanks in advance.
