Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Financials for India - EBS (MOSC)

User-Defined Exception in ERR_MESG column for transactions in JAI_AR_TRX_INS_LINES_T

Hi,

For some transactions taxes are not flowing to AR transaction from Sales Order.

When I see JAI_AR_TRX_INS_LINES_T table for those particular transactions, in ERR_MESG column, its showing 'User-Defined Exception'.

Please help ASAP.
