Looking for your experience with VMWare and Virtual Box

Our policy regarding installing PUM's Virtual Box on a machine running VMware is described in the document

FAQS for Oracle Virtual Box (VBox) on PeopleSoft (Doc ID 1534899.1), section Can Oracle Virtual Box be Deployed on VMware?

However, many customer sites ask if they can use VMWare for this purpose.  Have you done so?  If so, what has been  your results, your experience with Virtual Box on VMWare?
