PeopleTools patch 8.53.10

I installed peopletools patch 8.53.10 on the HCM upgrade image (which is on 8.53.02). Installation went fine and restarted everything. I am looging into the PIA through IE and its saying

PeopleTools
release (8.53.02) for web server/ Application Designer
'hrdemo.suddenlink.cequel3.com' is not the same as Application Server
PeopleTools release (8.53.10).  Access denied.

How do I check the peopletools was upgraded on the webserver.
