Analysis type is not consistently populated on PS_DISTRIB_LINE

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this issue- analysis type is not consistently populated on PS_DISTRIB_LINE for project related (regular) vouchers?  We are currently on 9.1, but the issue appears to have existed prior to that release.
