Translated description fields to SIM & WMS

If we translate the descriptions of items, store names, supplier name (via TL_SHADOW) in RMS, will these descriptions be sent to SIM & WMS via the RIB? I understand that all three applications (and BI Publisher, for reports) will display their GUI's in the translated language, but that only gets us half way there. I am referring to version 13.2.6 of all applications, and we are looking to have a primary language of English, with a secondary language of Chinese.
