Multiple Integration Brokers?

We are on FSCM 9.0 MP13 (Bundles 31-33), PTools 8.49, Solaris 10, Oracle 11.1.0.7 migrating to PTools 8.53, Oracle.11.2 on Linux this summer.  We present run one integration broker passing traffic on port 8185.

We are working with a vendor, SciQuest,for Supplier Management (TSM) application that requires that we send only from port 443.

I'm not familiar with IB, but in production we are running a load balanced webserver with two appservers.  How can we configure our production IB to send from both 8185 and 443?  What is the best recommended way to accomplish this?

We will be setting up a load balanced development and test instances during the upgrade.
