Not able to open the test cases in PeopleSof Test Framework

Hi,

I am trying to open a saved test cases in PeopleSoft Test Framework, but I couldnt open it. It is keep on saing that "The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply". Attched the error message for your reference. Please let me know if you have any idea on this.
