Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We're performing 11.5.10.2 extended support patching and as per note 883202.1 we need to apply patches 5498551 and 6167056 - financials for India.

We're not using financials for India.

Do we really need to apply these patches?
