Concurrent Approval Of TDS Invoices (India - TDS Approval)

Hello

It has been observed many a times  that  " Approval Of TDS Invoices  (India - TDS Approval)" concurrent request  keeps on running for days. It does not complete. We need to Terminate it and cancel the invoice and re enter the invoice to complete our task. Why it happens. How to avoid it.
