Upgrading to 9.2 Applications - PS_HOME / PS_APP_HOME Updates

What do you most people do in an upgrade with the PS_HOME/PS_APP_HOME objects that are modified during an upgrade, i.e. required for upgrade patches, etc.

For example, I've created the delivered DEMO PS_HOME/PS_APP_HOME and have applied to the required for upgrade patches.    In my COPY of PROD database, I've created a brand new PS9.2 PS_APP_HOME.

Required for upgrade patches were applied to the DEMO system, which updated some of the files in the SCRIPTS, MAINT, DATA folders, among others.

What do you do to get those changes into your COP PS_APP_HOME?
