Configuring Security Edit Tables under Dynamic Edit Tables

Hi,

I am trying to understand the significance of Security Edit Tables which can be configured using navigation:

Main Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Security > ChartField Security > Security Edit Tables > Dynamic Edit Tables -- Security Tables tab

One could see there are various records assigned for each field under different column headers UserID Security View/Role Security View/Permission List View.

I could understand that views from each column would come in picture depending based on method used to activate ChartField Security for the system,

the part i need help to understand is that for each of the field i could see number of views.
