Unable to view data in a newly installed HR 9.2 Demo environment. Any suggestions?

Hello,

We installed a new demo environment instance for HCM/HR 9.2 using the traditional methods shown below. I signed-in into the application using PS as the oprid and tried to search for existing data and none of the data search functions seem to work. For example I navigated to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data and keyed in 'K' in the Empl ID search field and the type ahead list window pops-up with a list of values and I selected K0G002. Clicking on the Search button does not do anything - no error, no processing message
