Unable to find all target environment in CA in PT 853.08

Team,

I am applying the GP patches from PUM image 5, I have successfully created change package and applied it in HCMDEMO environment,now need to apply the same package in DEV, however, CA does not show the DEV instance name in the target list.

I changed the corerct EMHUBURL of DEV & crawl path in configuartion.properties file and agents are running from app/batch and files servers, still CA is showing only DEMO environment after scanning,not listing the DEV environment. Am I Missing anything here?
