Hi,

    we are having this issue couple of days now. we have three environment and one (DEV) we are having this issue.

PeopleTools 8.49/ App 9.0.

Development Environment: we refreshed from Production. (Like we did many times successfully). this time, when we refreshed the DEV environment. Cleared the Cache (Application, Server, Process). Reload the Security and Setup. everything went fine along.

1. the Batch server was up and running.

2. the AppServer/WEb server up and running.

3. we even able to login to Application designer. No Issues.

But, when we try to login to PIA, we see this message on the Page.

CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: TPESVCERR - server error while handling request.
