Shrinking Images

I am running the upgrade template for HCM 9.0 to 9.2 and In preparing the database section, Shrinking Image, I am getting error in App designer while performing the following actions

Application Designer: Go to Tools > Upgrade > Convert Images.

Select Convert Dynamic Image for Fields. Select all fields

MIMEDATALONG data is used by another user.
