Optimistic Lock Exception Issue in HRMS

Hello All,

On Manager Self Service Performance Appraisal Approve/Deny Page when i try to approve or deny a transaction, it shows "Optimistic Lock Exception  %1, Please refresh the page and try the same operation again.(236,1009)"


PTAF_CORE.Utils.OnExecute

Name ThrowOptimisticLockException


Please help me to resolve the error.


Navigation Where i face this error.

Manager Self Service -> Performance Management -> Approve Documents
