How to pass a LDAP attribute to Peoplesoft from OAM 11.1.2.1

Does anyone know how to pass an LDAP attribute (say, uid) from OID 11.1.1.6 to a People Soft application using OAM 11.1.2.1? We are trying to set up an X509 solution between OAM, OID, Web Gate, OHS and People Soft, authenticating via X509, but the application uses 'uid' rather than 'CN' as the user name login.

Problem is, we need CN to authenticate with.

Any and all help will be appreciative.
