Customer info in Advanced collections

We are in Oracle ebs 12.1.3

We wanted to propose the Advanced Collections functionality to the users

But, when I open the collection screen, I could query any customer and lookup the information.

Is there any way we could restrict, such a way, that the collector could see only those customers accounts/sites to whom he/she is assigned as a collector.
