Recoverable Flag for Taxes are not Checked on Receipt (Localized).??

Hi,

We have set up a trading organization. This trading organization receives finished goods from other internal org thru IRISO.

Since this is trading org the Org Additional Info set ups are done accordingly. Item attributes are Tradable= Yes, ItemClass=Finished Good, Modvatable=No, Excisable=Yes.

The above set up is done with reference to the 11i user referance guide December 2004.

When we do the set up as mentioned above, the recoverable tax flag on receipt localized is not checked automatically though the tax defination is having 100% recovery / credit, which is the expected behaviour.

We are encountering this issue in R12 but same is working all right and as expected in 11i.
