How to extract forecast completion date of non-active tasks (future tasks)

Can any one help me extrating following report:

Forecast completion date of all actione (including future tasks). I am able to extract the dates for completed or assigned tash but not able to extract future tasks which are not assigned yet.

Also, is there any way to change the forecast date of future tasks (non active tasks)?
