Performance issue when psappsrv services in ICpanel status

Hi All,

We are facing performance issue with one of the environment.  All of a sudden PSAPPSRV services get stuck in ICpanel when looked in Domain status in server status. The only option to get rid of the problem is to bounce the environment.

No queue were noticed at that point of time. we have 4 psappsrv services and the service timeout is 0 in psappsrv.cfg file.
