RTV Receipts Localized in R12.0.6

HI,

While doing the RTV Transactions for a Receipt with Localized Taxes, do I need to start the RTV from India Localization>> Receipts>> Return to Vendor (India )

Or from Oracle Purchasing>>Receiving>>Returns window?

or do I need to do RTV from both windows ( Localized and Base)?

Basically I want that Localized Taxes should also be reversed.
