Some nvision report ran to error after upgrade to 8.53

We have some nvision reports ran to error after upgrade to tools 8.53.10, these are matrix layout, row criteria has 4 chartfield filters and 3 of them used trees, one column pull data from ledger, the other 4 columns each pull data from a query that used KK_BUDGET_LN or JRNL_HEADER, JRNL_LN or VCHR_ACCTG_LINE, etc. The report ran about 50%, then stopped in 2-tier and it also broke the connection between nvision and Excel, that is, after this error report, if you run another good one, the report will open in excel with no add-ins menu; if run from web, it
