Setting up the Staged Dunning Levels in IEX R12.1.3

Hi everybody

We are upgrading from R11i to R12. We have 12 OUs. Currently we have Staged Dunning setup in R12.1.3. We have set collections at Bill-to Level.

After running the Delinquency Determination Engine in IEX All the current invoices will have score of 1 and All the past due invoices have score of 100. We do not want to use Pre-delinquency feature.

Because we just want to send letters to the delinquent customers.

Q1. If we setup the Staged Dunning as below, Will it work? Can we have the same score range in each row?

Explanation: My understanding is that If the invoice become delinquent then the delinquency determination engine will score the invoice as 100. Then the first time the Dunning Soft Letter will be sent to the customer. Once the letter is printed the Dunning level will change to 2.
