Manual India Excise Credit for Capital Goods

HI All

Want to take India excise credit in RG23C Part 2 register manually for Capital goods. As per the Excise CG , we can take 50% credit current year and remaining 50% next year. How we can book manual excise entry in RG23C register for next year 50% credit  in current year?
