Is it possible to just refresh Menus from one instance to another?

Our development instance menus have been corrupted, I have suggested to do the full refresh by backing customized project however they would like to have just menus refresh which is not recommended..

Any idea on Menu refresh meaning the tables that we need to import from other instance?
