AR Service Tax Credit Note- Accounting

HI,

1) Please provide me the Service Tax Document for reference

2)When the AR CM is punched the accounting for Service Tax hits to Service Tax Recovery Account instead of Service Tax Liability, although the setups for service tax has correct accounting codes defined?
