Change Assistant - Issue

We noticed twice when we start the CA agent and try running the recrawl at that time all the files and folders under home directory are getting deleted, is it any know issue with Peopletools 8.51.06 CA. this happened twice as of now.because of this we have to resore the home directory from the backup.

We are trying to run recrawl on our solaries 10 app server.
