Anybody else experience Journal post occasionally does not process Reversals in PS_Ledger?

Here's my problem description - The journal goes to a status of ‘Posted’ but doesn’t actually update the ledger balance. This issue is identified as a bug in 12785780 PSFT 2040117000-JOURNAL POST DOES NOT PROCESS REVERSALS IN PS_LEDGER Modified Cobol (GLPPINWK.cbl) so that JOURNAL POST process reversal correctly in PS_LEDGER.

Patch 11642991: FMS Financials 9.1 Bundle #16 provides the fix for this issue in Cobol - GLPPINWK.cbl.

However this incident seems to be triggered by poor performance. Hence, we are unable to replicate it in test environment.

1. Was anyone able to replicate this issue? If so, can you please provide the steps?
