OIM Requests

Hi,

I have been approving requests in OIM (as a System Admin). There's also some request that I wanted to reject, but I'm not sure what the difference is between reject vs close.....does anyone know?

In which instance would a user be notified (or are they at all) if their request has been approved/rejected?
