PTIAANALYSIS error

I am running the upgrade template from 9.0 to 9.2 and I am at step Running the Data Conversion Analyzer (Applying application changes). I am getting the following error. On the environment setup I didnt enable the process scheduler.

Error: Unable to execute step.

  You have not enabled any Process Schedulers for this database in your environment.

I tried enabling the process scheduler on the environment setup and reran the process, Now I am getting

ProcessScheduler step started on Wed Mar 05 15:53:54 CST 2014

Connecting to App Server: 10.48.219.20:9120

Error: Unable to find previous Process Requests.   Please set the Step status
to "Run" before executing this step.
