Oracle 12c DB in-memory option

Hi everybody,

I've created a new database oracle 12c Enterprise Edition on windows 2008 server, and I want to enable the option "in-memory database"

mentioned from Larry Elllison during the last Oracle OpenWorld 2013 in San Francisco.

How to do that?
