OEM metrics for ODSM

OEM metrics collection for all Oracle products include far too many options for an ODSM dabbler like me.

We use ODSM exclusively for TNS names resolution so our changes are limited to a small handful monthly as we spin-up or move databases.

What are the key metrics I should use to monitor my ODSM environment?   

Is there a metric that monitors/reports the opmnctl processes?
